History

Unimatic GmbH was founded on 1 November 1980 in Grub am Forst by Klaus Stöhr and Werner and Christine Raps. It wasn't long before the site at Lichtenfelser Straße became too small. In 1981 the company moved to its current premises at Rosengasse.

The business continued to grow over the years. The expansions in 1999, 2008 and 2010 helped the company to reach its present size.

More than 100 employees at five locations develop and produce assembly and testing systems for your demand. From simple handiwork crafting tables to complex linked automatons, we can handle your projects globally.
