Our machines are often linked to overall software solutions or data bases. With “Industry 4.0“ the requirements to our software solutions rise in order to collect process-, machine- and product- informations.

1. UniCM
System for the recording of data on plant/system monitoring:
- Vibration data
- Environmental data (temperature, air quality, etc.)

2. Reversing contactor
Driving and braking of DC motors, which are used in the automobile industry with power supply voltages between12 and 24 V and maximum unit currents of 40 A (e. g. electric windows, electric seat adjustments and similar).
3. UniDAX
Rapid conversion of measured data using the PC (cross-platform without device drivers)
- Simple incorporation in own programming environment through memory mapping
- Flexible employment through practice-oriented mix of
- AD- and DA-, as well as DI channels path and angle measurement (incremental and absolute encoder)
- Simple data evaluation through synchronous real-time sampling of all input channels
