PRODUCTION LINE FOR FFP2 PROTECTIVE MASKS
Due to the spread of COVID-19 in Europe, the state decided to bring the production of FFP2 protective masks back to Europe. Together with our customer, we built eight of these systems in less than 12 weeks.

- Short realisation period
- Material properties of the filter fleece
PROCESSES
- Merging the individual layers
(up to 6) - Inserting the nose clip
- Embossing of the mask contour
- Feeding and welding on the head straps
- Folding and welding the masks
- Cutting out the mask
